The YKF Transparent Waterproof Sealant is a 12 oz water-based coating that cures into a dense, flexible membrane to help block water, air, and moisture. Designed for small leaks and surface sealing, it provides waterproof protection around roofs, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, sheds, and outdoor zones without adding noticeable bulk or color.

Because it dries to a transparent film, the coating protects surfaces while preserving their original looks. It’s ideal for visible repairs along tile edges, window sills, garden features, patios, planters, birdbaths, sheds, and decorative materials where a clear finish is preferred.

Easy brush-on application and practical coverage

Prepare the surface by cleaning and drying, then stir well and apply 2-3 even coats with a brush. Each 12 oz container covers up to 15 sq ft depending on surface condition and coating thickness. Allow about 24 hours to cure; drying time may vary with temperature and humidity. Use in a well-ventilated area and apply above 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
