Return Window and Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for purchases made in the United States. For customers purchasing from the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive the item(s).

Return Reasons

  • Seller-Fault Returns: Returns are accepted if the product received is defective, damaged during shipping, incorrect, or not as described.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: You may return products that you no longer want or need, provided they are in the original, unused condition.

Return Condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them
  • In the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts
  • Free from damage or signs of wear (except for seller-fault returns)

Damages and Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by contacting taskholtusa@gmail.com. Include photos of the damage and your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the product and ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, or modification
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts/accessories
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window (14 days for EU cooling-off period)

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange a product for the same item or a different model, please contact us at taskholtusa@gmail.com within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to seller fault.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to a seller fault.
