Designed for Simple, Reliable Control

This model handles single-stage systems with ease, including gas/oil/electric furnaces, boilers, and cooling units. It’s not intended for multistage HVAC setups or heat pumps. A clear notice highlights installation caution: examine wiring instructions in the images before purchasing, and be mindful that the base supports 2 to 5 wires (6–8 wires are not suitable).

Power flexibility is a key benefit: the unit can run on 24VAC power or two AA batteries. In most configurations, a C-wire is not required, simplifying wiring for many single-stage installations. For heat-only or cool-only systems, a C-wire may be necessary.
