Designed for one-handed operation, the MT06MD defaults to a low 4-lumen mode to minimize disruption when glancing at pupils or checking wound edges. When more illumination is needed, two higher brightness levels are available. At roughly 0.78 oz (22 g) before batteries, it slips into pockets easily without adding noticeable weight.
