Nanoprotect Concrete and Stone Sealer is a deep penetrating treatment designed for porous surfaces both indoors and outdoors. Instead of creating a temporary film on the surface, it works from within the pores to help preserve durability, texture, and natural appearance over time. The formula forms a hydrophobic barrier inside the pore network, reducing water absorption and dirt buildup, so driveways, patios, and pavers stay cleaner longer while maintaining their natural look.

In real-world testing, the protection remained active for more than 32 months outdoors, even as visible water beading diminished. It is formulated for absorbent surfaces such as concrete, concrete pavers, brick, exposed aggregate, sandstone, travertine, and other porous stone. It is not intended for polished, sealed, painted, or non-absorbent materials.

Surface compatibility and application tips

• Best on absorbent surfaces such as concrete, brick and natural stone; not recommended for polished, sealed, or non absorbent materials
• Prepare by cleaning the surface and allowing it to dry before application
• Apply evenly with a pump sprayer using a wet-on-wet method, then allow approximately 24 hours to dry
• Choose between Ready-to-Use containers or Concentrate options; concentrate mixes at 1 to 11 yielding about 3 gallons ready-to-use
• Test a small area first to confirm results and surface response
