Each unit uses 40 energy-saving LEDs behind a frosted cover that reduces glare while delivering even, gentle light. This combination supports focused tasks like chopping or reading at night, while preserving a comfortable ambiance for nearby rooms.

Unlike fixed-brightness fixtures, these lights offer five brightness levels. You can raise the light for meal prep or dim it to a soft glow that won’t disturb others during late-night activities.
