Usage and Coverage

Coverage depends on the final membrane thickness rather than paint-style coverage. A typical 5-gallon pail yields about 75 sq ft on flat roofs or up to 150 sq ft on sloped or metal roofs.

• Full cure usually occurs within 24–48 hours under normal conditions.
• For best results, reinforce seams, joints, vents, and penetrations with Liquid Rubber Seam Tape or Geo-Textile, and use the Multi-Purpose Primer on challenging surfaces.

Notes: While the water-based formula is designed for outdoor and indoor use, it is not intended for walking or traffic-bearing surfaces once applied, as the film can remain tacky until fully cured. The system is designed to endure lengthy exposure to sun and temperature swings, offering a practical solution for roof protection, maintenance, and renewal.
