Certification, Materials, and Safety

• The filter components carry NSF/ANSI 372 certification. The housing uses lead-free and BPA-free materials for safe handling and contact with water.
• Pre-use flushing is recommended: run the black carbon filter for 1 minute and the fluoride filter for 20 seconds by connecting to a faucet to remove manufacturing residues.

Filtration Media and Taste

• The BB9-2 black filter uses natural coconut activated carbon block to achieve high adsorption of chlorine, helping improve taste and odor.
• The PF-2 fluoride filter has been upgraded to use granular activated carbon and activated alumina, significantly improving water flavor and balance.

Performance and Maintenance

• Service life guidance: replace black filters every 6,000 gallons per pair and fluoride filters every 1,000 gallons per pair. Results vary with water conditions; TDS is not a sole quality indicator.
• Compatibility note: if your faucet is not fully compatible, you may see splashing during flush, but it does not affect performance.
