The blade plate is laser-cut and hardened to about 46–48 HRC, providing stiffness under heavy loads. Expansion slots reduce heat and noise, while an anti‑vibration design keeps the cut steady. Teeth are micrograin carbide, brazed to the body with a tri-metal bond for reliable long-term performance when cutting wood and wood products.
