The library is continuously updated, helping you connect newer models over time. If a device isn’t listed, you can teach BroadLink the exact signal so it can be controlled alongside your other gear.

• Note: The IR signal doesn’t pass through obstacles; line‑of‑sight is helpful in some setups.
• Make sure your Wi‑Fi password contains no more than 32 characters and contains no special characters.
• RF compatibility is 433MHz with fixed code (not rolling code); check compatibility for specific curtains or fans before purchasing.

Power, compatibility, and support

RM4 Pro requires a 5V 1A USB power source (not included) or an equivalent supply. It supports both simple remote control setups and more complex scenes, with tech support to help you verify compatibility and resolve issues.
