How to use AquaCoat Grain Filler

1. Work the gel generously into open grain and pores, moving against the grain with a squeegee, bondo blade, or gloved fingers.
2. Wipe away excess and allow 45–60 minutes to dry to a touch-ready state.
3. Lightly sand with 320 grit or finer immediately before your next application to promote a smooth surface.
4. Apply 2–3 thin coats for best results on larger pieces; follow with your preferred top coat.

A little goes a long way: a quart can typically deliver two coats on a medium-sized kitchen (30–40 drawers and doors), while a pint can cover five to six guitars. The product dries to a film that sands readily, enabling efficient progress on multiple projects.
